All persons representing claimants (non-attorneys, attorneys, paralegals, etc.) applying for benefits from the Social Security Administration (SSA) are governed by rules of conduct set forth by Social Security. To be in good standing with NADR, members must affirm that they adhere to these SSA regulations.
