Non-Attorney Fee Withholding
The non-attorney members of the National Association of Disability Representatives are proud to have played a pivotal role in the development and passage of Public Law 111-142. Our efforts to secure parity with our attorney brethren in the area of fee withholding in both SSI as well as Title II has now become a reality.

5-Year Demo Project
At the end of February 2005 the Social Security Administration signed a contract with a vendor, CPS (http://www.cps.ca.gov/tlc/ssa/about.asp) to provide all aspects of services for non-attorney fee witholding. NADR will continue to be extremely involved with the monitoring and implementation of this project.
We encourage you to sign up to become eligible at CPS. Without NADR s direct involvement in this process, PL 111-142 would still be a dream.
