I specialize in psych disorders. NADR comments should ask SSA to address role of psych dx in pain symptoms. Re. 3373 -Psych patients cannot possible complete this form effectively. The disorder almost always deprives them of the awareness and the words to use this form in their best interests. 98% of the time, their credibility is questioned just bc they have completed this form!!!! It is clear to me that only reflects their impaired judgment and their answers demonstrate impaired (or crippled) insight. Almost every denial is supported by 3373 response that they can manage money. With very little inquiry I find they are in trouble with IRS, have lost cars, homes, utilities, family due to extreme $$ mismanagement. TBI, bipolar, ADD, OCD, almost always lead to episodes of excessive, grandiose and destructive spending and only family can answer this and many other questions appropriately. SSA knows this since they tend to require payee for these cases. Any way I can help with this
