Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits by attending NADR conferences. We apply for pre-approval in states where we are already aware of significant interest in CLE credit. If we do not obtain or apply for pre-approval in your state, we will assist with any documentation that your state requires. NY & CT will now receive credit for attending the NADR Conference.
****For the 2026 Conference we are pre-approved in Oklahoma (15.5 inc 1 Ethics), Florida (21.5 General CLE credits with 1.0 Ethics, 1.0 Professionalism, 1.0 Mental Health Awareness, and 2.5 Technology Credits. All 21.5 credits count towards the Elder Law Certification (total 60 credits required)), Arkansas (approved for 14 general CLE hours and 1 ethics hour. The course code for the Certificates of Attendance is EDU111486), Pennsylvania (14 inc 1 Ethics), New Mexico (13 inc 1 Ethics) & Kansas (16 incl 1 Ethics).
