Members are given the opportunity to participate in a nationwide program that helps disability claimants find a representative via a nationwide 1-800 telephone number that directly connects potential clients to your office. Open enrollment
for TRS begins November 15th and runs through January 5th. Registrations completed after January 5th will be assessed a 15% late fee. Registration will close January 31st.
As a member you enjoy the benefits of our lobbying efforts in Washington, DC. NADR played a crucial role in the establishment of the Social Security Protection Act of 2004. We lobbied for the fee withholding demonstration project for non-attorneys
and for SSI fee withholding for attorneys. NADR maintains an ongoing lobbying effort in DC on all matters related to disability and Social Security law.
