Dr. Hallman is a social scientist in "Law and Public Policy Administration" performing qualitative and quantitative research and a SSA National Accredited Disability Representative. Educational background and experience include a dual bachelor’s degree in legal studies and business, Master of Business Administration, and a doctorate degree with a published dissertation by SckolarWorks, titled "Understanding Judiciary Interpretation of a Qualified Disability Post-ADA Amendments." Additionally, Dr. Hallman has authored articles regarding disability laws and employment procedures regarding reasonable accommodations and how the federal court system has viewed reasonable accommodations in the workplace. Dr. Hallman has been a legal professional for many years within disability law, civil law, and administrative law and a member of the American Bar Association within law and public policy administration section.
Dr. Hallman currently is on the roster for the Oakland County disability network as a volunteer and advocate for disability issues. Additionally, Dr. Hallman lectures on disability research endeavors in various venues across the United States as well as having research privileges at Walden University.
