The Legislative Committee needs volunteers to work with Co-Chair, Lisa Smith, on responding to Social Security's request for comments on the Advanced Proposed Rulemaking on Vocational Factors in the Disability Determination Process. Specifically, SSA is requesting comments about how they should consider these factors in the adult disability claims under T2 and T16 and how these factors could be streamlined to simplify and insure the ongoing relevance of these programs.
