Is there a copy of a dire need letter I can use as a guide line for 2 different claimants. Because of lack of funds they are unable to seek medical treatment, buy necessary medications, and be able to attend physical and mental therapy sessions. Their case files have not been updated by Social Security since 2017 due to inability to pay for health issues. When we are scheduled for a hearing the ALJ will question the 5-day rule and assume the claimant's condition has improved due to no medical history, when this is not the case. A
