B. Gold Sponsorship ($3500)

Representatives (NADR) is committed to creating a welcoming, safe, and professional environment that is free from harassment, discrimination, intimidation, and retaliation for all who participate in its sponsored meetings, educational events, and activities, including online and social gatherings. All sponsors and presenters will conduct themselves in ways that reflect favorably on NADR.

Application

This Conduct Policy applies to anyone who attends or participates in any manner with NADR events, as a presenter or sponsor. Direct participation in any manner with an NADR event, activity, or business constitutes an acknowledgement and commitment to comply with this Conduct Policy.

Misconduct

For purposes of this Conduct Policy, prohibited conduct includes any form of harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or retaliation, regardless of whether it is verbal, physical, visual, and/or online.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, sexual harassment, offensive or physically threatening bodily contact, and intimidation or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, ancestry, religion, creed, age, sex (including pregnancy), gender identity/expression (including gender nonconformity and status as a transgender or transsexual individual), sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, size, political beliefs, citizenship, genetic information, past, current or prospective service in the uniformed services, and/or other characteristic protected under applicable U.S. federal, state, or local law.

Furthermore, we ask NADR speakers and sponsors who are presenting to contribute to the professional setting and limit the use of profanity, references to intoxication, and referring to members by name in a derogatory manner, even if joking.

Reports and Confidentiality

Any person who believes that he or she is a victim of conduct that violates the Conduct Policy or who in good faith believes that he or she has witnessed such behavior, is strongly encouraged to report such behavior to the NADR President or Association Management staff, either onsite at the event or as soon as possible afterwards.

NADR Presentation Recording Authorization

It is the policy of The National Association of Disability Representatives (hereinafter “NADR”) to record and archive presentations made at events sponsored by NADR. Such recordings may be made available for event attendees as well as be made available for purchase. Signing this document gives consent to be audio and/or video recorded and/or video conferenced and/or live web cast, and to the electronic capture of any supporting materials made available during any presentation at a NADR event,

Corporate Sponsorship is not automatic. Corporate sponsors may not provide services in direct competition with NADR. This application will be reviewed by the NADR Board of Directors and you will be notified of the decision.
